Is Artix Entertainment safe?
All downloads from any official Artix Entertainment game or website are safe and will not give your computer or network viruses. You can download the Artix Games Launcher on your PC or Mac computer.
Can you transfer artix points?
We are sorry, we cannot transfer anything between Artix Accounts or Game Accounts including Artix Points that have been spent, Upgraded Memberships, items, in-game currency, etc. Players cannot trade or transfer anything to other players in-game.

How do I fix the black screen on artix launcher?
The Launcher opens a black screen We recommend first closing the Launcher and reopening. Especially if you are trying to connect on update days. If you are unable to connect after 15 or 20 minutes, you may also wish to try an archived version of the Launcher as well.
Can I play Aqw on Chromebook?
Artix Entertainment does not have an official ChromeOS version of the Artix Games Launcher for use on Chromebooks. Once you’ve installed Linux on your Chromebook, you can download the Linux version of the Artix Games Launcher on your device.
How do I unbind my artix account?
Click on Unlink Game Account on the right side of the page. Confirm that you would like to unlink your Artix Game Account from your Artix Account by clicking “Yes Remove the Link.” If you do not want to unlink your account, please click “No, do not change it.”

Why is my artix not working?
Most issues are resolved by clearing cache, making sure you have the latest version installed or making sure you don’t have anything blocking the launcher, such as a Firewall or Anti-virus. You can clear cache by clicking the ‘Clear Cache’ button above the gear symbol to the bottom left of the launcher.
