How often do you need to change Quooker filter?
Depending on the quality of the water in your area, the filter should be changed approximately every 3-5 years. Depending on the type of Quooker tank you have, you may be able to change this filter yourself. We provide step by step instructions and tools with the filter.
Should I turn off boiling water tap at night?
They do not re-boil water or over-boil. But if they are left continuously on without use, the amount of heat loss is almost the same as what a kettle loses. Therefore, switching off your Quooker tap when not needed, for example at night, would help to conserve energy.
