And then it is 1 hour 10 minutes back to car park. If you are going to walk a track in the area this is the one to do. Fantastic views once you get to the top! Seeing Wairere Falls from the road is impressive enough, but actually standing right where they start is an awesome experience!

Wairere Falls Track is a very popular walk on the western side of the Kaimai Mamaku Conservation Park near Te Aroha. From the car park an enjoyable, undulating track crosses large moss covered rocks and tree roots requiring decent footwear and some minor climbing.
