Do Thredbo lift passes sell out?
Some peak season dates may sell out so we encourage guests to plan early and pre-purchase passes online. Check out the lift pass release schedule here. Any un-used vouchers expire at the conclusion of the 2021 winter season. Vouchers remain the property of Kosciuszko Thredbo at all times and cannot be on sold.

Can you ski without a lift pass?
Can you ski or snowboard without a lift ticket? If you wish to catch any lifts in a resort (chairlift, t-bar etc) you are required to hold a valid lift pass. Lift passes cannot be shared between people.

If you’re going to Perisher, drive to the Skitube – Alpine Railway, and take the ski train to the slopes. This nifty ski train runs between Bullocks Flat to Blue Cow (part of Perisher) and Perisher Valley. To get between Perisher and Thredbo, driving is the best option, although I imagine there’s a bus also.
