How do I pay in MyProcare?
Log into your MyProcare account
- Choose the Pay button.
- Fill in the credit card information and the amount.
- Choose whether you want to save the card for future payments. (When you make your next payment, you’ll enter your CVV number only—the rest of the card information will be saved.)
- Select Pay Now.
How do I log into procare?
Log In for the First Time At the Procare Home screen, under User Login (upper right): Type “admin” (lowercase, no quotes) for your Username. Type “admin” again for your Password. Click Login (or tap Enter on your keyboard).

Why is my procare not working?
Go to your Settings->Notifications->Procare: Childcare App and check whether notifications enabled or not. If it is not enabled, please enable it.
How do I reset my procare password?
1. Click on your profile circle in the upper right and select your name. 2. Scroll down to where it says “Reset Password.” You will need to enter your current password, your new password, and save changes.
Does procare have an app?
Procare mobile web apps are free and only available for anyone using the Procare Cloud service with Procare Select. The Check-In App requires the Attendance Tracker module.
