Is the Yongnuo Speedlite yn460-ii flash any good?

Quite a few months ago I purchased a YongNuo Speedlite YN460-II Flash, so I thought it was time I wrote a review of it. The two main things to note about this flash is that it is very cheap compared to the majority of flash units, and secondly that it does not support TTL. It is a manual power only flash. For me, manual power is fine.
