Can you put a canvas in a glass frame?
Canvas should be stretched and hung in a frame appropriate to an oil painting. Oil paintings are never framed under glass, they outgass solvents which accumulate on the inside of the glass. For an inkjet print, that means coating. Acrylic paintings can be framed under glass, and it extends their lives.

How do I frame a stretched canvas?
Place your stretcher, centrally on your canvas with both the stretcher and the canvas face down. Using a staple gun, staple the canvas once in the middle of each side of the frame. Always begin by stretching the left and right sides of your canvas before the top and the bottom.
Can You frame canvas board?
Canvas board can be framed without extra backing if the board on which the canvas is pasted is of good material. Since it is usually not so, put a better long lasting back panel and open frame.
What is a floating frame in canvas?
