What is analog communication?
Analog communication is the process of conveying (sending, receiving, and processing) of information including image, voice, and video by using continuous signals or analog signals. For example, a sinusoidal signal is continuous in nature. It has continuous amplitude with continuous time.
What is included in analog communication?

What is the use of analog communication?
Analog signals are commonly used in communication systems that convey voice, data, image, signal, or video information using a continuous signal. There are two basic kinds of analog transmission, which are both based on how they adapt data to combine an input signal with a carrier signal.
Where is analog modulation used?
Analog modulation is typically used for AM, FM radio, and short-wave broadcasting. Digital modulation involves transmission of binary signals (0 and 1). Digital modulation involves transmission of binary signals (0 and 1).
What is difference between AM and FM?
The difference is in how the carrier wave is modulated, or altered. With AM radio, the amplitude, or overall strength, of the signal is varied to incorporate the sound information. With FM, the frequency (the number of times each second that the current changes direction) of the carrier signal is varied.
How analog signals are represented?

For example, an aneroid barometer uses rotary position as the signal to convey pressure information. In an electrical signal, the voltage, current, or frequency of the signal may be varied to represent the information.
