If you have a Mythic+ piece from Patch 9.0.5 and some Valor that you want to spend, you’ll need to head to the Valor Point upgrade vendor in Oribos. The Valor Point upgrade vendor in Oribos is the same as the PvP one – Aggressor Zo’dash. This NPC can be found at 34.55, 56.55 in Oribos and now functions as both the PvP and Mythic+ upgrade vendor.
