How does a Spectank® work? A Spectank® is filled with water and CARBSOLVE®. The solution is heated to 80°C, ensuring that harmful bacteria will be killed. Soiled items are soaked in this solution for a period of 1 to 24 hours depending on the severity of the “Black Carbon” build up.
