Flying Fox Vermouth is our first foray into working with flavors beyond the grape. Our seasonal line up highlights the bounty of each season and can be enjoyed neat or in a fancy Fox-tail (see what we did there?) We have two separate vineyard sites, which allow us to use climactic variability to our advantage.
