Splish Splash is reopening this weekend after being closed last summer due to the pandemic. The water park in Calverton has 96 acres of family friendly water slides, rides, and attractions to enjoy, including the famous Lazy River.
Does Splish Splash have a Lazy River?
Splish Splash in Calverton features two wave pools (Kahuna Bay and Surf City), Soak City, a splash pool for all ages and the Lazy River, where you can take a relaxing tube ride. The pools hold approximately 2 million gallons of filtered and recycled water.
Is Splish Splash open Long Island?

Can you wear goggles at Splish Splash?
Some kids prefer wearing goggles in the water so if its your child’s first water park visit, bring a pair along just in case. If you have a waterproof phone or camera, you might want to bring that along too.
Did Splish Splash take down cliff diver?
In 2020, the attraction Battle for Mutiny Bay was removed, as well as opting to stay closed for the 2020 season due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Cliff Diver, their 80 foot tall body slide was removed in 2021.
Can you wear water shoes at Splish Splash?

Can you drink at Splish Splash?
Always stay hydrated with water. Alcohol, overeating, and/or eating/drinking large amounts of sugar, are not advised. Use sunscreen on all exposed areas of your body. Reapply frequently.
